Hello, how's it going?
I assumed summer came to an end and we're officially
in autumn, but it looks like that's not the case.
"What's going on here?" somebody was shouting. :-)
Anyway there must be a cause for this according to the
law of cause and effect.
In the study session on Tuesday, we learned a phrase
as follows:
"Seeds not planted will never grow.
Seeds planted will never fail to grow."
As you know seeds have 'life force' to bring about the sprout,
leaves, flowers and eventually the fruit. This force is invisible
but has very strong energy. So interestingly, invisible force
becomes a driving power to create a visible effect.
The bottom line is that even if the chain of causality is invisible,
the law of cause and effect works perfectly and remains valid
anytime anywhere. Sometimes it looks far beyond human wisdom,
but let us strive hard to understand this law.
Today's phrase-a-day is:
"A person's worst enemy is their mind.
A person's greatest ally is also their mind."
Sorry for an extremely short notice, but we're going to have a potluck
dinner at our temple in Gardena. It starts at 7:00 pm PDT.
If you're not ready yet, just bring yourself!
(I'm preparing pan-fried dumplings!)
